This is a fully functional demo of SMPG TalentFit. Use is for evaluation only. We record your responses and analyze them with AI to generate scores. Don’t copy, disclose, or reverse-engineer the system. Results are informational and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions. By continuing, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

SMPG Advisors (“SMPG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the TalentFit assessment platform and this demo environment (collectively, the “Service”). Our contact: legal@smpgadvisors.com.

2) Who you are

“You” means a person accessing the Service as an evaluator, decision-maker, or candidate/tester. If you access on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3) License for demo use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for internal evaluation during the demo period. You may not use the Service to provide services to third parties or to build a competing product.

4) Account and access codes

You are responsible for safeguarding any access code or credentials and for activity under your account. We may revoke access at any time for misuse or security reasons.

5) Acceptable use and restrictions

You agree not to:

  • copy, disclose, publish, or distribute any part of the Service, questions, scoring rubrics, or outputs except for internal evaluation;
  • decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse-engineer the Service or models;
  • scrape, bulk-export, or benchmark except as permitted in Section 3;
  • upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or
  • interfere with or degrade the Service.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, models, algorithms, prompts, scoring systems, questions, UX, text, images, audio, and trademarks, are owned by SMPG and protected by copyright, trade secret, and other laws. Except for the limited license in Section 3, no rights are granted. All feedback you provide may be used by SMPG without restriction and without compensation.

7) Assessment outputs and disclaimers

The Service generates scores and analytic summaries from your responses. Outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors. They are for informational purposes only and should be used as one input among many. SMPG does not make employment decisions and is not responsible for how others use outputs.

8) Recording notice and consent

When you start the demo, you consent to recording and analysis of your audio/video responses, device and usage data, and other information described in the Privacy Notice below. Do not proceed if you do not consent.

9) Third-party services

We may use third-party hosting, transcription, analytics, or communications providers. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services that are outside our control.

10) Confidentiality

You may be given access to SMPG confidential information (including system design, prompts, scoring logic, and benchmarks). You will keep such information confidential and use it only for evaluation. This duty survives termination.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service and delete confidential materials in your possession.

12) Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” SMPG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

13) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMPG WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR (B) AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEEDING US$1,000 FOR DEMO USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

14) Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold SMPG harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

15) Compliance and fair-use safeguards

You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with applicable laws (including employment, anti-discrimination, and data protection laws). You are responsible for ensuring that any use in hiring contexts is valid, job-related, and consistent with business necessity, and that final decisions are not based solely on automated assessment.

16) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

17) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to conflict of laws. Courts located in Taguig City, Philippines will have exclusive jurisdiction. You agree to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
